I think this been asked before but I will ask anyway.
Is there anyway to make the dash indicator brighter for the turn signals .
I can hardly see mine .
Blind in Ct .

Me too...have to squint and lean forward to see if the turn signals are on.
Lamonster has mirrors that mount on the handlebars with turn signal indicators in the housings. This eliminates looking at your hands when trying to use the stock mirrors. The kit also replaces the stock location for mirrors with small turn signals. It's a plug-n-play arrangement with a little routing of wires along the handlebars.
Can you tell I like mine?

Another option from Lamonster Garage _SPYDER F3 SIDE / FRONT BLINKER KIT
Thanks for the input

While I'm on turn signals why doesn't BRP put the signals on both sides like every other bike I've owned ??? Left on left bar and right switch on right bar . A must be a Canadian thing [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I am not for sure about Canada but yes for Europe area the turn signal switch must be of this design and some are even non self canceling. I have 2 KTM's and I am forever forgetting to switch them off. :banghead: They can not or will not change the U.S. ones. Even Harley had to put this design into the Street 500/750 as they are built and marketed internationally.
My guess is Canada follows the same.
I put a small LED light on each side of the dash area...Left and right and wired them into the turn signals. This way I also know which turn signal is on and they are brighter that the onboard signal....
I'm the same as you Hypurone.....
Pretty lame that BRP has this feature. Tiny little blinker indicator on the left side. Give me a break.
Harley has had separate switches for Left and Right indicators for over 2 decades. Self canceling as well. So much for the American Iron guys. Yeah, I have one of those as well.
I don't have a huge problem with the switch ... altho, it is lame .... but, having such a tiny indicator is pretty much a screw up in my opinion. Having self canceling indicators, LARGE Left and Right lamps (like Honda GWs, for example) is just a safety feature. Cost? Minimal. Improvement? HUGE !
You'd think a $25,000 bike would have something like this. And .... how about that horn? :yikes:
Harley's do this.
All my Japanese bikes and the Spyder have the single switch.
As to the turn signal indicator on the dash, this seems to be a poor design across all the flavors of Spyder.
This is what I did:

Blind in Ct just installed 2 led bolt lights above mirror wired into signal wiring. Very bright in daylight. Orange in Color.
I bought the kit from Auto Zone, it comes with 2 4" LED stripes. Pulled the mirrors off, drilled a small 3/16 hole in the top corner behind mirror, snaked the provided 24" connecter wire through and spliced into the turn signal wires. Really easy and simple! To do the job you'll need; 3/16" drill and drill motor, 4 solder less wire connectors, wire splicing tool, isopropyl alcohol to clean mirror housing, and about 1/2 hour.

The LED kit was $18 at Auto Zone. I wanted amber color, but that company doesn't sell an amber LED, so I bought white. Also, when you plug in the little four hole power cord into the four prongs on the strip, make sure you align the arrow on the plug to the arrow on the strip, or the LEDs won't light!!! I've learned most everything from the School of Hard Knocks!
