I was looking at my sleeping Spyder Sunday. I almost uncovered it. I did charge the battery up. Hopefully I will have it running in the next couple of weeks.

What is this hibernation you are talking about...:roflblack::roflblack: have seen many posts of folks that have been able to get out there. Murphy Brown is up and running for the start of her season but I should let them all tell you....
I took mine to work 3 times last week and most of the day on Saturday. Nice ride, love it.
Both :spyder2::ani29: are ready to roll. All I have to do is check the tires for pressure, unplug the battery tender, turn the key and they are running. 40 ft. of glare ice in my driveway still holding me up. I am hoping to fire mine up this week sometime.:popcorn:
Drove the RSS on and off during the winter, but it's New Mexico. Bought the F3S last month and been driving it as much as I can to work.
Took mine from Utah to San Diego two weeks ago and back, going riding this Saturday.I'll be riding to work tomorrow. I even got to ride a couple of times in January and February.

I never put mine in hibernation; she's been available all winter. If the streets are clear, I bundle up and ride.:spyder2:
Just took my RTL out of storage today. Gotta go for a spin. Have some goodies coming from Baja Ron for it.
Edit: just got back from a 40 mile ride. Damn it felt good to get out. :ohyea::ohyea:
Went for a ride on mine this past Sunday. Beautiful weather here in GA, in the low 80's.
We are just waiting for some rain to wash the roads of the salt. We have had two days of rain now, and as long as the temps hold up and they don't put down anymore salt, then we are good to go.
No hibernation, even in NY/NJ. Just avoid the active snow and ice. It has been a relatively mild winter and great riding. Come join us!
Spyder Walter
Uncovered last weekend, trailered to dealer for new tire install and rode home Saturday. Felt good to get out.....
This Friday we are supposed to have high temps of 20 F. Yeah!!!
Mine is still in hibernation mode. Going snowmobiling this week end. :ani29:

I knew it was going to happen. No snow since the first of February. Last night, we got an inch or so. It is already starting to melt though. Next week for that first ride? :roflblack: :bbq:
I put the battery in mine this evening. Started right up. No rough idle. I was glad. Checked all lights and tire pressures. Set time and date. Listened to the radio and all is good. First ride maybe this weekend.
I rode Saturday, and my wife took her first F3 ride on Sunday. Would have ridden today if I did not have an appointment at the bank today.
Just sayin'............
Mine is still in hibernation for other 2 weeks, my riding starts then. WOHOO! I can not wait.
