I am looking for the latest and greatest GPS lock. I know several have been discussed over the years. I just can't seem to find the current and most up-to-date discussion on the subject. I know you guys will help me out.
Thanks,
Rick

The winner all around IMO: http://www.kradellock.com/
:agree: :2thumbs:
(And it's even pretty easy to install!)
I just use a plastic zip tie around the push button release, if you can't push the release button, you can't remove the GPS, cost pennies instead of hundreds, been doing this for 2 years.
Dave ;)
That may be true...
But it only takes one determined :cus:, that has a pocketknife...
Just ordered KradleLock.... Thanks for the information
Once you install the Kradellock; the rubber cover that is fitted over the bracket when the GPS is removed, might not fit properly...
I trimmed just the bottom "lip off of the top of it, and it slides underneath the lock much easier now!
(although I rarely remove the 660 from my bike...)
:oldpost: I know however after acquiring a KradelLock, learned they use same size barrel keys as Lidlox already mounted  , contacted Bob & was able to get lock exchanged to match :2thumbs::ohyea:
1 less key to loose/ confuse :yes: :firstplace:
I would look at Touratech lockable mounts for most GPS units

Touratech has substantially cleaned up their designs since I bought my Kradellock in February 2016. At that time the Touratech was a much more expensive, still is now, ang IMO ugly "contraption."
I use Zumolock for my Garmin XT.
Simple, small and easy to install.

I did this so I could not accidentally hit the button and lose the GPS (happened once, too expensive a lesson to repeat). Have since bought the ZumoLock.
