Sorry Chris, i took it out already and the organizer is now in, so I can't put it back. I can describe it to you. It hooks on with velcro on the ledge inside the trunk, and then has velcro on the top, so you unattach the velcro at the top and it folds down to make a shelf so that nothing falls to the bottom. Hopefully someone else has pics so they can show you how it works. It's pretty slick. I just installed an organizer so I don't need it any longer.
