Any problems with 5 into 4 wire Wiring Harnesses?

I have a 2016 F3 Ltd going to install trailer hitch wiring harness that I have seen are 5 wire, trailer is 4 wire. Is there 4 wire harness that can be put on bike to connect to trailer? And is there a problem with feedback into bike with some harnesses? Trailer lights are leds.

Install it last year. No problem.
Is a pain to install. Takes time.
Installed on a f3l.
