Sounds kinda high for a 2017. It's already three years old. 2020's are already out. Might as well buy new for the same price or shoot them a reasonable offer using NADA for a reference.

I found a 2017 RT Limited in New Orleans for $16k. It only had 3200 miles on it. Met the nicest Spyder owner and it only cost $600 to drive it back, including air fare from Phoenix, lodging, food and fuel. Plus I had a wonderful two days driving it back.
