RPM (Spyder dealer) service in Lakewood, Co. ?

It's Thursday the 23rd, and I'm curious if any of you had any work done at RPM (Spyder dealer) in Lakewood and your impression? Just returned from a short visit with them with a request to order one Corbin heated seat wiring harness. I was told they would have to fabricate the part and install it was my only option! At a cost of $150 (+/- ) for parts and labor. Is this steep for connecting a few wires? Got a tentative appointment for install on the 31st of Oct.
