The most dangerous "blind spot" is that of other drivers. Cars and trucks of course. Always look where you are going at all times. Something I found at Napa was a small approx 1"x2" rectangle curved stick-on mirror. It gave me a clear view of what I think you call your blind spot. It's not the round mirror, that didn't work. I use it in mainly heavy traffic as a second look for safety as I signal and change lanes. I never rely on it 100%. Good luck, and keep thinking safe.

Offers backup warning although my backup problem is seeing behind me (kinda hard to do when geared up) but the monitor for the backup camera wouldn't last 15 minutes at local grocery market, etc.

Another vote for the "stick on" blind spot mirrors. Less $$ than the scanner stuff.

Due to personal defects I find the addition of the stick-on mirrors introduces a distracting discontinuity in the base mirror surface. That's why I was tempted by SAENG's separate windscreen-mounted QuickScans. I'm now looking into modifying my CoverMax.

There is just nothing that is better or even equal to them, they are fully adjustable
I was frustrated at always seeing my arms in the F3T mirrors so...
I built a set of F3T Handlebar Mirrors with components from Amazon
All it took was drilling and tapping two mounting holes in the OEM handlebar cuffs.

No, I have an RT. I placed them on the lower inside portion of the rearview mirror. That part of the mirror does not afford me any view whatsoever anyway. All I can normally see are my rear side bags so I'm not really losing anything so to speak. The round "fish eye" type stick-ons only gave me a better view of my side bags. :-) The 1"x2" rectangle curved stick-on mirror gave me not only a view of bags but a good view of the roadway also, ie; my blind spot.Quote:

Actually, the installation appears to be electrically simple but maybe some mechanical innovation will be needed at the handlebars, at least for the RT-S.

I examined the photos of the wiring for both the Innovv and KiWAV. The Innovv components and connectors rugged and weather-sealed. The KiWAV not so much, especially for the exposed wiring on the radar sensor connector. The Innovv website provides excellent details on installation and operation. The KiWAV/Magazi not so much. KiWAV is mostly an integrator and packager -- I've always been happy with their products but in this case the Innovv would be my choice.
I know you were looking for some kind of electronic sensor.
I like the Saeng products, but they're just too darn much money for simple mirrors.
I just use stick on blind spot mirrors. The 2020 RT Limited has mirrors similar to the F3.

If I purchased the Innovv BLDS I would mount the mirror indicators in my console above the tachometer and speedometer in the shadow of the safety card hood in a "heads-down display" manner.
My wife and I have the same mirrors that ThreeWheels has on each of our F3Ls. They work great. I found them at Walmart.
Questionable if sensors would not understand stops at multiple lane intersections or even parking spaces for that matter. Kinda like curb feelers (remember them?)did such a spectacular job at.

I've modified my console to have turn indicator repeaters above the analog gauges (now voltage and oil pressure) so having the ThirdEYE "Mirror Style" indicators nearby is a natural fit. I'm now thinking of buying one as I've been procrastinating on my LiDAR version.

I haven't found the installation instructions but electrically it seems to be two wires (taillight power and ground would be my choice) and mechanically to the license plate bracket or nearby.

Love the new F3-S, I see well in the standard mirrors and have always adopted the bikers, life saver of looking over your right shoulder before pulling out to overtake or turn right. Nevertheless there is an annoying blind spot with the mirrors that the life saver, look over the right shoulder compensates for.
However, I've found a very inexpensive solution to the blind spot. Years of riding bikes means the right shoulder check is now in my DNA but it's always nice to see at a glance. I've fitted some neat adjustable blind spot mirrors today. Been for a 50 miles quick ride and the verdict is brilliant.
Bought a pack of 4 mirrors (they don't come in two) for the bank breaking sum of £3.99 Inc delivery. Quality is good.

I added a set of bar end mirrors.
After I raised the bars with one of those blocks my hands got in the way of the image.
Have the bar ends set for long way back and the oem set for lower and close town stuff.
Got em for a super thrifty price off the e-bay.
Had em on for 2 yrs now and they haven't weathered at all, or loosened up.
Great bit of kit for me and my ride.
Can go out and take some close ups if someone wishes.

I just added the car blind-spot mirror for $3.00. Works great
I bought two "Biqing Car Blind Spot Mirrors" from Amazon $16.00 a piece. I clipped/taped them on my wider after market windshield right above the mirrors on my 2021 F3 Limited. Actually had to "flip" the sides to get the correct angle for viewing, left on right and right on left. I also added some two sided tape to the clip part to flatten the adhesive area and enlarge it. I think they would work on any windshield really. they vibrate but not so you cannot see. My only concern is putting a cover on over it. I have an old RT cover that works but not great and need to get a new F3 or RT one from Ultra Guard if I can find one that does not have the windshield pocket. I do not have pictures. Sorry.
