I'm trying to reach F4 Customs regarding an order I placed July 8 but haven't received. I've emailed and left VM message but no response yet. Does anyone have recent experience with them or knowledge about them?

Well that comes as no surprise to be. But it may have something to do with them locating.
I ordered a screen for my Wing back in 2011. Seamless.
Fast forward to 2022.
However I had trouble getting a F4 back in March. Multiple attempts over weeks went unanswered - ignored.
That mission Statement.... F4 Customs' mission is to "Treat others as we like to be treated and continue building F4's reputation as the industry leader in quality, performance, innovation, craftsmanship and customer service." They claim to threat customers how they would like to be treated. What a load of crap.
It wasn't until I ordered in April and got it sent to a US bloke they responded. Of course they wouldn't amend the address end it direct to New Zealand, despite it sitting at their place. Sad but true.
F 4 Customs Quality customer Service is a Flaming Joke.
It walked out the door with 1st owner when he retired.
My US based mate even rang them - twice - and bought it to their attention. No response, no hey man, sorry, we will sort it. Crickets......
I would say at this point, stay away from F4 Customs! :yikes: What a shame. New owners ruining a thing! nojoke Tom :spyder:
I ordered first of March a blemished one that was on their site. Accepted PayPal and payment. 14 days later I get email it’s not available. It was still listed on his site as available till June. Ordered new one march 14th and received it late June. Probably called 10 times and no one answered. Finally got a hold of Mark first week of June. Said he just got them in and will send right out. 2 weeks later called again and he finally got it sent out. Call between 10:30 -11:30 am. That’s when I got him. All other times went to voicemail. Didn’t offer any apology and I asked if possible discount for the long wait that said in stock and he said only vets can get a discount.
As a side note, I have never had anything accept the BRP shield for RT, But they discontinued it and mine was scratched from hitting deer. The F4 shield is very nice quality. Just like said above, very poor service in between. A simple it’s backordered email or answering phone could have been improved upon.
The one I got had some small bubbly flaw dots in the screen and wasn't smoothed as well on the edges like my previous one.
I didn't bother to try to remedy it with them as I found them not as helpful as they could have been.
My edges were not polished smooth either. The screen is fine, no blemishes or bubble, no twisting of plastic look it’s crystal clear but edges are rough cut looking and show some white scruff marks. I haven’t tried to buff the edge cut yet. I remember seeing a 28 inch screen, like I got, a couple years ago and the edges were a smooth blackish look. Mine look like the laser cutter cut and melted the plastic and needs polished. Again the looking through part is crystal clear. I’ll try to take a picture tomorrow.
