Welcome AFBlue. I'm in Spyder kindergarten too. It's a new world for us, eh?
Be sure and check out the Do's and the Don't's on this site. A ton or more of good info in that post.
Sanders, exactly where is that thread for new ryders?
And thanks for pointing it out. Hi

Welcome! Post photos!
Last ride in Destin today, back to the great white north tomorrow.
1. light grip on the handles. 2. Don't change lanes REAL fast when passing or you'll go off the road. Yeah, I almost did that. 3. Don't be shy, drive it like you stole it and you'll get used to it in a hurry.

Welcome to both the spyder world and this most interesting place. congrats on the new ryde :2thumbs: you will be loving it more and more and don't worry if the trip home seems to be longer than normal they tend to find the long ways home....:roflblack:
:welcome: and :congrats: on your new :spyder2:
Personally, I'd suggest you find and take a Motorcycle Safety course. I took one soon after I bought my '14 RT and it made all the difference in the world. I could ride safer and better... Worth the weekend and money.
Welcome to the Spyder ZOO!
Jack
Welcome from another former (Retired) blue suiter. Welcome to the spyderverse, spyder lovers, and a great community of like minded ryders.
I hope Hurricane Michael didn't hurt you too bad, and that recovery is well on it's way down there.
Congrats and welcome to the :spyder2: family Happy Trails To our new friend
Strrange that nobody suggested taking the Motorcycle Safety Foundation two day safe ryding course. Take It. It is money well spent. I've recommended it before and so, now again. It made me a much better ryder. I hope you have many many safe miles on the machine.
Welcome from an another retired blue suiter from over in the Freeport area. great place to ride but Destin through PCB was packed with the kids on spring break last weekend, time to head north of I10 for some fun rides.
You'll like it! But fair warning...after the warranty expires be prepared to sink $$$ in to regular maintenance by a dealer. Best to know (or learn) how to DIY. Lots of help available on this site. Great bunch of people.:welcome:
Welcome, another benefit of the Motorcycle safety course, it can save you bucks on the insurance.
