Here is what I discovered; the clearance between the lugnut and the wheel is very tight and didn't allow for my impact socket to fully drive the lugnuts home if the lugnut is fully seated in the socket, in any event we all know that the lugnut should be torqued to 77-83 ft. lbs.. My recommendation is use a thinwall socket and of course torque the lugnuts to spec.
This problem I had was obviouly the fault of a poor PDI.
I also took the wheels to a local shop and had them checked for balance, with the weights that the bike was delivered with the right was off 3/4 of an oz and the left was off 1/4 oz.
