I loved him on that show and especially McHale's Navy Brilliant comedian.
His sketches with Harvey Korman were brilliant and uniquely hilarious. Another big loss from a time when family humor was at it's very best..... RIP. Jim
:agree: He was a comedic genius, and will be greatly missed...
Another of the great entertainers has a club date in heaven lined up. His humor had me in tears of laughter many times. RIP, Tim.
RIP Tim! Wife and I have been watching the reruns of McHales Navy on youtube. A real genius when It came to comedy! :2thumbs: Tom :spyder:
I know the wife and I laughed so hard when we first saw it (then again and again and again...). As others have stated a comedic genius. Many, many hilarious skits and he could keep a straigh face whereas I would be like Harvey Korman p...ing myself laughing.
McHale's Navy is one of my favourite series.
I for one still remember him as peggy's father in married with children. he was great in all his roles.
When I was younger, I looked so much like him that I had people as me for autographs. On top of that, my wife looked like Carol Burnett. My wife's name is actually, Carol. That was spooky.
Tim's "Elephant Stories"... :roflblack:

A funny, funny man. Never heard him swear ----- not once!!
Truly sad news...'s to all his family and friends. Remember hiim well from The Carole Burnett show and Mchales navy. Great comedian
Liked the one where he is playing the old man and falling down the stairs in slow motion. Both Carol Burnett and Harvey Korman were cracking up.
Than there was Dorf on Golf, another Tim Conway Classic.
Loved watching Tim on the Burnett show, loved watching the Show about Nothing, still do, cracks me up. What happened to all the 'good comedians', the good writers?
Loved watching Tim on the Burnett show, loved watching the Show about Nothing, still do, cracks me up. What happened to all the 'good comedians', the good writers? Too bad his wife and his daughter were fighting over his care, actually his estate. I think that's the way it went down,
