Tiffanie Edwards - daughter
Mom opened her eyes and looked at me !!!!!!!!!!!!! Twice!
I started bawling and praising God!
Vent O2 is at 50% ...her oxygen levels are at 97 %.
They took off over 3 liters of fluid last night. They will do dialysis again later today to clean her blood again.
She just opened her eyes again and wiggled her toes and tried to stick out her tongue as the nurse requested. She even slightly shook her head no when she asked her something. YAY!!! God is sooooo AWESOME! !
KEEP PRAYING!!!
Keep praying, Saints!!! God is moving!
Thrilled at this news Tiffanie! Hoping she has turned a corner and the worst is behind her.

UPDATE ON KATHY 7/25
Not much to report. Her recovery will be slow. She did mouth the words, "I want to go home". Typical Kathy. Not how badly am I hurt or how long was I in a coma, but she wants to go home. Her daughter who was there when this happened told her to be patient, Jesus was working on her discharge papers. She is still taking dialysis, and is marginally improving on the pneumonia. Her kidney output is zero, but her numbers are good enough that they should kick start again. The doctors and nursing staff are asking that only immediate family come to visit, as she needs the rest and with more folks around, it makes her agitated. Please continue to pray, Prayer Warriors. She is not out of the woods, but we are beginning to see the light at the edge of the forest.
Thoughts and prayers for you and your family. I hope all goes well with Kathy and wish for a strong recovery!
:pray::pray::pray:
Best wishes for continued improvement and a speedy return to full health!
Continued best wishes for complete recovery.
Thanks for the update, praying for her
Update on Kathy for 7/26 - No much to report. They have heartbeat and blood pressure pretty much stabilized. They did a bronchoscopy, (where the look at her airways) and did not send the culture off to the lab. Which I consider is a good sign. She is trying to communicate this evening to Josh, her son a little.
Sometimes, the progress is not seen, but it is there.
Hebrews 11:1 (NKJV)
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Keep the Prayers coming, Saints!
C'mon folks, sing it with me, you all know the words and melody, A gospel song brought to us again by The Impressions in the 60's,
Amen, amen, amen, amen, amen
Sing it over
Amen, amen, amen, amen, amen
......

Update for 7/27 - What a difference a couple of days make. Kathy is now awake and totally aware. No loss to her memory at all. God is so good! She does get frustrated not being able to talk. First time in our 18 year marriage I have gotten the last word in https://static.xx.fbcdn.net/images/e...1/16/1f609.png;) We need to pray for her kidney function to return and to get rid of the pneumonia. Miraculously, she shook her head no when I ask if her ribs or her collarbone hurt any. God is so good! It is so good to have her awake and back with us. Pray on, Saints! The Lord is moving.
So glad to here, I've heard so many bad stories the last few years, but those are the ones that we tend to remember. Keep the good news a comin
