Did you hit something, maybe a pothole or some dead animal in the road ?
It's not unusual for the alignment to be off, even directly from the factory, but then it would be off from the get go and the symptoms would increase with mileage, but you'd see that in the tires.
Sounds like you've got all the low hanging fruit looked at.
It could be the steering position sensor is not calibrated properly, but that gets reset when you have the alignment done.
