I have a set of them and that was the plan but after receiving them and looking at everything I just decided to leave it as is.
I thought they came with the bike? Wow love mine they work well.
I have these on my '20 RT. I mounted them on the inside edges of the panniers, not on the door. It keeps the crap I have in the box from falling out when I open the box.
I used self-tapping screws to mount the tabs.
wondering how mounting the trunk net to the screws for the rack would work?
Don't need them. I purchased the Spyderpops bag liners below, and it fills that area perfectly.

Did the same as #5 post, only used plastic pop rivets. Keeps things from rolling out.
I adapted older style nets on my 2020. To the four (4) existing screws I added two (2) #6 3/8" screws at the lower lid. To all screws I added black nylon fold-over wire guides at each screw for a total of six (6) attachment locations. To connect the nets to the wire guides, I used black electrical ties drawn fairly tight. Then I cut off the excess.
NOTE: be very careful drilling the holes for the screws to not go too far.
