Called a local dealer for a lazer alignment, and was quoted $ 349 plus tax! Then i mention S L and they discounted to $300! is this a fair price? Never done one, so i don't know what price they normally go for. Advise, anyone?

Most people that do the laser alignment (properly) get roughly $140.00 or less. Be sure that you get the true Laser Alignment, not the BRP alignment.

Dealers use different pricing. The list of Illinois ROLO dealers is at http://www.spydercomfort.com/dealersil.htm. If I were you I would call around to the other dealers and check their pricing.

It would be immensely helpful ( especially to you ) if you said who the Dealer was ????? .... then we could tell where you might want to take it instead >>>>> ..........Mike

They can't be using the Rolo system and charging that much. If they say they are using Rolo then they don't know how to use the equipment because it does not take 2 hours to do an alignment.

The range is 120 to 150 but your quote is way off regardless of the system used..unless you are having other work included...🎯

Lou, we are both from Illinois and we'd be happy to come back when the winter is over. Just get a group together and we will get you squared away.

How often should you have this done? I just put on a new rear tire so should I have everything checked?

NOPE! NO OTHER WORK INCLUDED OTHER THAN BELT ALIGNMENT AND I BELIEVE THAT IS PART OF THE LAZER ALIGNMENT!

The short answer is yes. Anything that disturbs the rear axle affects (potentially) your alignment. :yikes::yikes:

Belt alignment is not part of the Laser alignment, that is a separate function.

I have to disagree with you Joe. That is the first thing that we - Squared Away - check when we do an alignment. Some call our alignment "deluxe" but I say it is the only way to do a proper alignment.

I do not know where in Illinois you are at but Flatout In Martinsville In does them for about $160.00. I have had 2 done there and I know they do a good job. 765-342-6335 and ask for Corey. Very nice guy.
