I have a 15 RT-S how much air go's in shock for total 400 lbs. It looks like the chart says 75 lbs of air. Is this to much.

The chart is in the owners manual and under the seat. I'd go with whatever it says.

The air bag takes up to 90 psi doesn't it?? So 75# certainly isn't going to OTT, at least not as far as the air-bag is concerned!!

Just for the heck of it try starting low and work your way up. I put the recommended amount in and was unhappy with the ride, I'm down to 40 lb. in the bag now and 20 lb. in my Yoko. I never felt any damping from the shock until I lowered the air pressure into the 40's and I haven't bottomed out yet. We are about the same total weight.

It was at 27 lbs. I will put to 40 lbs and try that first. Does anyone know how many lbs the electronic dash changes pressure from soft to hard?

If you have that on the dash and the switch, then you do NOT put air in the bag manually. The system will do it for you.
There is a swing arm position sensor and the system will turn on the pump to level the Spyder.
Add a passenger or whatever and it will do it automatically.
As for how much air the switch adds per the dash, again that is irrelevant as this only slightly changes the ride again based on the swing arm position sensor.
It simply makes the ride a little softer or harder.

Thank you guys. Guess I don't have to worry about air than.

Finless is (once again...), right!
The ACS adjusts the suspension based solely upon ride height; the perceived hardness or softness of the ride, is just a by-product! nojoke
