Picked it up yesterday morning. Now I'm at SpyderPops getting the wiring harness installed. It has a 6-pin connector and I had to buy a new harness.

 :congrats:
But are you going to be able to sleep in that, while touring all of the Spyder events? :D

:congrats:...... So Patti, did you get it there by pulling it with your Spyder ??? .... and if so , did you like the NO CLANGING factor because of their Hitch connection ????? ..... Mike

No more camping for me, Bob.

Mike, I'm not sure what the clanging is you speak of. I did notice a little push/pull as I went along. I think it's because I had so little in the trailer and my bag slid back inside. I'm going to get something's by to make a couple barriers so things can stay organized and at least stay put.

Nice trailer Patti, I've always wondered what Mike is talking about when he says that the conventional trailer hitch ball and coupler is always clanking and push pulling. I have only noticed it one time on a trailer and it stopped once I adjusted the latch . But back to your trailer, It sure looks sharp behind your Spyder, now you need to get it painted to match!

Nice, now for a matching paint job!

I was just looking at the specifications for them... They can hold a lot more than BRP's 622.
And if Lamont could hide in a 622:

Yours would probably feel just like a hotel room in Tokyo! :D

That is one sweet tailer...:2thumbs: now as it goes well with the spyder will you add some color match wrap or other accents..?? you can now carry an extra change of clothes.... or the whole wardrobe...:roflblack:

It may get painted someday, but my wallet's in no hurry. If I can think of a design, I may consider a wrap on the top.

It weighs 150# and total should max out at 350#. So the weight capacity is the same as the 622, but it is bigger.

Nice trailer. So did you finally learn how to back one up?

Congrats on the new Bushtec. I'm on my third one. Keep an eye on the tongue mounting bolts because the way the hitch is mounted to the rear axle on the Spyder it rattles the hell out of the trailer. I've had to replace the main mounting bolts on my current one and have had bottles break in the cooler. Enjoy the extra room. I keep telling my bride I'm going to get a small kitchen sink just so we have everything.

:congrats: on your new bushtec trailer!

Add some red pin strips on the trailer, that would look sharp! Deanna

Nice trailer. So did you finally learn how to back one up?

I practiced when I got to the hotel the day I bought it. I successfully backed into the spot at my room. Then I went for supper and did it again when I returned. At home, though, I'll need to back it up a long way and around an obstacle. I'll keep practicing.

If the trailer is empty do I like do and cheat! Unhook it from the Spyder and back it in by hand! A whole lot easier, faster, and less stressful!

I like the looks of the Bushtec Trailer with the F3. I even like the color combo. No I would not paint it or wrap it. It looks good as is.

That is THE most classic motorcycle trailer around I think.
They have been making m/c and I think bicycle trailers too,
probably since the 70s ? It sure looks like a sweet deal.

AND.... you can keep the trailer when you trade Spyders in a year or two for the Z4 turbo model, in go-fast green.
