As many as you see out there I would think that a google search would net you many suppliers and custom shops. Don't know the standard or if this is an odd size but even the sellers of flag mounts have them...:dontknow:

Give this place a look:

The Missus gets flags from them, for the local cemetery.

Fyi with the patriotic theme of my bike, i was having too many people ask if i was a vet, (im not)so i found embroidery shop that would make one on my vest patches in to a flag. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20161102/d237894adb3ccb46b6692d3bc0d76954.jpghttp://appli~Ks.com i had a spare flag (from Walmart 12X18) & they made it fit the dowel. It is a bit thick but im happy with it.

OK, so maybe I am dense, but I have seen huge flags on bikes and small flags on bikes. He said "6 X 10". I ASSumed he meant inches or feet, so I asked. Then he responds with "nope, flag". So, WTF is that supposed to mean? I already figured he was talking flags, so? I just want to know if he was looking for large or small flags. Does 6 X 10 mean something else? Is it a code for something I never heard of?

I swear, people on the internet seem to think everyone knows exactly what they are talking about, no matter how cryptic they write! :banghead:

6x9 might be to big, too long and you don't want to drag the flag on the road. JMHO

Thanks.

On bike flags, as you likely know, you need strong fabric and sewn edges, so not just any flag works if you want it to last.

"Fray edge" is a seam sealer, I get mine at Wal Mart, others probably would do. test a small place, then if okay soak the "trailing edge" and let dry.
A good quality flag will last a while, probably around 3,000 on y ll x 14 niches, a thousand or so on 3 foot by 5 foots, which is used on Patriot Guard Missions. Poor quality ones will shred within minutes at almost any speed. I do not recommend mounted them on antennas. Many have broken the antennas off. all kinds of flag mounts out there.
