Did anyone watch the new version of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on TV recently? (I admit it's one of my guilty pleasures. :opps: )

I'm not sure if I liked it as much as the Tim Curry version. But it was fun. Another observation . . . I wouldn't have let a child under 18 watch it! :yikes:

I saw the information but passed on it. I am going to try to catch it when they run it again--which they will.

That's about what I will give it if I don't like it also.

It's been a long time since I saw the original. Now I'll have to find it and see it again. Funny how my age makes these flicks better . . or worse!

This is why you shouldn't try to "improve" upon a perfectly good cult-film... :gaah:

I was really disappointed. It was a lame remake nowhere near as classic as the original.

A waste of time, I wouldn't bother.

Riff Raff

People forget that it was originally a stage musical (https://www.ibdb.com/broadway-production/the-rocky-horror-show-3732) before it was a movie.

How many people realized Ben Vereen was Dr. Scott?

If you're musically inclined, the full score is on Scribd. The lyrics def needed major sanitizing!

I also didn't think it was as good as the original.
