My first advice would be to turn the key on. Since you give no details about your problem.

:agree: from your profile you have a 2011 RT. If you have power it should release. Otherwise you may have to dig into it more. Remove the panel right side to check cable and motor function. check all the fuses. If you need to move it you will have to disconnect the cable to the rear brake....

make sure wiring didnt come off switch that happend to me
