View Full Version : We Got Four Inches of Snow

Woke up this morning to four inches of the beautiful Winter Wonderland snow. It's beautiful looking at the snow stuck to the trees and everything else.

I guess my riding season is officially over. I am going to have to get the snowblower going today if I can get someone to come and do the driveway for me. The plows have socked me in and they even knocked my trash can over. They must have a new plow man on board. They usually push the bank away (about two feet high) from the head of my driveway rather than let it pile up across the whole thing.

Just remember: Snow is just like Sex...
You never know how many inches you're going to get, or how long it will last... :D

It's 72 degrees here!

I will give HAARP a call and tell them to hold off the weather modifications in the lower 48 until at least Christmas. :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

I'll put in a request for NO snow all winter and while I'm at it, I'll politely ask for temps no lower than 50°, thank you.:). I'm on a job at a power plant and will be outside and a 100 feet in the air. They say it will last til January or so. Very windy part of Illinois to boot.

Last Monday my wife and I took off at 6:30 AM to go to the union hall and the temperature was 70° and got up close to 90°……yesterday, it was 38° when I left for work. Hoping to get one more ride in tomorrow.......probably the last of the year.
