Funny, Val is doing the same here ! No bacon though, we had it all this morning. That kind of day here; smuts outside so a bowel of hot chile is the ticket ! ;)

Back to the bacon. I grilled a marinated pork loin that was wrapped in bacon. OMG was that delicious. It seems a bit redundant, pork wrapped in bacon, but it was not.

I saw a recipe once for bacon wrapped in bacon. Is that what you're thinking of?
