well the bike is gone

after many years, i no longer own a bike. the new owner picked it up today from the dealer, and i hope he or she has many happy miles and smiles with it.

Sad day to finally see her on her way to a new home. It does make it sooo final...But on the happy note that she will continue to give folks pleasure and be out there with all the others... for me right now, it's all about the money. i am single and love all the good things in life. so i spend like i am rich. now i have drilled myself a hole that i am having a hard time climbing out of, so time to cut back. i took a beating on the bike, but this saves me the payment every month, the 1400.00 a year in insurance, plus the payment for the xm radio.
i have always wanted a Harley, but was never comfortable on them. i really like the VROD MUSCLE, and it has forward controls, so i like that. once i catch up a little, i might look for a used Harley vrod just to say i owned one. but until then i will just look at bikes passing me on the highway and dream a little
