Headed for Mesa Verdi National Park this am. Its only 38 miles from the cabin. This is our third visit to this park. Lots of Indian history and mystery. Mystery because by 1300AD the Anasazi Indians disappeared. Hmmmm

Yes, great pictures. I love the Mesa Verde area. There is so much to see and I am always amazed at the way the cliffs were used for dwellings. Image small kids making the climb up to some of these dwellings. Watch the cliffs closely as you will see them in many places.

Enjoy your time there as I am jealous. We are dealing with 100+ temps and heat indexes that are out of site. :gaah:
