Has anyone ever heard of a dealership renting a "dealer demo" for something like a week or two? I am convinced that if I could get my wife to try a SE5 out for a couple of weeks that she would let me buy one for her. A simple test ryde would not be enough since she is deathly afraid of motorcycles.

Here's one in Quebec (http://www.stemariesport.com/en/info/spyder/index.spy). $199 + $30 insurance for the day.

Found this one out west (http://spyder-rentals.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=44&Itemid=104).

$100/hour.

"...Renter Benefits include:
-courtesy delivery to private residences / businesses / San Francisco hotels / most major airports in the bay area (*Must be in 20 mile delivery radius)
-personalized one on one instruction on the Can-Am Spyder features
-Free bridge tolls through FastTrak. Your focus should be to enjoy the Spyder, not paying tolls.
-Free can of Bump Energy Drink with every rental to keep you alert and awake!"
