I only use toll roads 2-3 times a year so something temp might be better. The ezpass people told me told put it in my jacket pocket, that didnt work very well
I found this on amazon
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FFY8VC/ref=s9_simh_gw_g263_i1_r?ie=UTF8&fpl=fresh&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=&pf_rd_r=AKZT01F6DPBAD0CZHSVN&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=6aad23bd-3035-4a40-b691-0eefb1a18396&pf_rd_i=desktop

I stuck mine up in the nose of the "Frunk".
So far; so good... It's been picked up every time!

Paul,
Did you give that location a test with the Frunk full to the top with cargo? :dontknow:
(I'm curious, because I LIKE the idea of using that spot!)

Has anyone tried velcro on the EZ Pass and then again right behind the windshield?

I was thinking the part from amazon right down low in the middle of the shield just above the bracket

Velcroed under the frunk lid. Only place I have a problem is at the Newburgh-Beacon bridge on I-84 in NY. No idea why. Works everywhere else.

I originally had mine Velcroed to the top of the Dash...
I was usually most concerned about some :cus:-head walking by, and pulling it off the bike. :gaah:
I also tried the underside of the Frunklid: it never stayed put, and it was too easy to overload the frunk, and not be able to close the lid.

Thanks! I'm going to give this location a try! :2thumbs:

That is where mine is, too, and I've never had a problem with it reading. I got another set of the "Velcro" they use, though - have four of them on it, so it no longer falls when I hit a bump.

Out here we have few to none toll roads, but going to SF bypassed Denver on a toll road, where they had nothing telling you how much it was or will be, got a bill in the mail for $25,:yikes::yikes::yikes: It is better than the toll from Mexico City to Acapulco, 300 miles, $65. I like what they have in Australia, you have to go on-line within 48 hrs and pay it with a credit card.

I also have my EZ Pass velcroed to the inside lid of my Frunk. Most toll booths pick it up without a problem. By the way, I asked a Representative if there was any place that they required it to be placed and none were given.

Under the frunk lid also. Had it there on my STL and now on my F3 Limited. It has always worked there and never fallen off.

I put my Ezpass in the glove box on the F3-T worked every time. Just lay it in there. I go thru the both with a person in it just in case it does not read. Maybe the frunk is too low.

But by the end of the year here in MA there will be no more booths. We are moving to the AET system. Overhead and in the road, no more slowing down

I'm with PMK. Use mine in the trunk pouch all the time in Florida and never have a problem.
