So I got a question about a sena headset. I bought the duel pair in 2013. I've used them quite a bit over the last few years. Now I got a new helmet. I installed them and it seems like they are quiet. They have their moments where they are quite loud but most of the time don't seem to be as loud as they once were. Is there something I can adjust on the headset? What is the shelf life for a headset like this? Any other ideas I might try to help my situation? Thanks guys for the help.

Alignment and distance of the speakers to your ears is very important. move the speakers around in your helmet to make it better.

You did not say ehat ones you have
SMH5-SMH10-SR10 20s... there are
several, As said above adjust where the
ear speakers are.
should you feel the batteries are tired
SENA will not replace them however
MotorcycleDave can replace your batteries,
battery life is 3 to 5 years
