Just got new Michelin rear installed. No real problems other the 70 year old hands. Couldn't get lower bolt out of swing arm position sensor so took top one. And had to loosen right side belt position screw 3/4 turn to get belt back into position. Thanks to Finless Bob for excellent video. Oh and reversed the axle bolt to make it easier to loosen (nut on left side). That may be what changed to belt position.

Next time if you jack the bike up with the tire still sitting on the ground, the nut is very easy to access as it drops below the muffler. Also the belt tension drops to zero as the tire is lowered. In the full down position, it easily slips on to the rear pulley by hand as there is no tension on it. You should never have to move the belt alignment/tension adjust bolts on the rear unless replacing the belt.

Oh I can get to the nut, just not turn it with a wrench. Need the leverage of a long torque wrench. And the belt shouldn't have needed adjusting, but it did. Maybe reversing the axle bolt caused a other worldly change in the clamping direction and the people of nah nah land caused - - - oh well.
