This route keeps us off the Interstate and gives up a 2+ hour ryde there. If we leave between 9:00 - 10:00 AM we can be there about 12:00 - 1:00 PM. This would leave us plenty of time for fellowship and eating BBQ. Now that the time has changed we would be able to sight see the MS Gulf Coast for some good photo ops.

Let me know what you think.

The Publix Parking Lot at Pine Forrest Road and Nine Mile Road is a good spot to meet up at.

When is this trip planned? I would like to make the trip with you. If my schedule permits?

11 April is the only day that Sabunim and myself will be able to arrange our schedules to attend - until after May I can't chage my weekend arroud because my daughter is getting married. Will arrange to work on the 18th and be off the 11th.
Cannot do the 25th because wife is flying in form KC (she works there) for my daughter's Bridal Shower.

Steven - the address I used was for the Publix at 9 Mile rd and University. would probably be better to use the Publix at 9 mile and Pine forest Rd it is actoss the street from the Starbuck's where we met up on our ryde to Atmore.

Syderryder - we would love to have you join us - it you can make it the 11th looks like our most promising date. As you see from the route we will be travelling on Hwy 90 and will be coming into Daphne at 90 and 98. We can definitely set a meet time as part of the itinerary. Just let us know if you can attend.

I was thinking a good time to depart Pensacola will be 10:00 AM - allows for any fog to burn off if that is a problem and is not leaving too early. Will just need to meet and be ready to ryde at 10:00 AM.

I was thinking about 0900 - 0930. With the leisure 2+ hour ride, it will put us there after 1100 and before the noon rush. When I was there last, parking was a premium at noon. But if 1000 is better for you all, I am flexible.

Do you guys prefer the Publix at Nine Mile and University over the Publix at Nine Mile and Pine Forrest? Again, I am flexible. Nine Mile can sometimes get busy and trying to keep a large group together with all the lights can be challenging. If we leave from the Nine Mile and Pine Forrest Publix, we will be close to the Alabama line away from most of the lights.

I'm just putting my 2 cents in. I will defer to you guys experience and wisdom as I only have 1200 miles on my Spyder.

Somewhere on 9 mile at 9:30 on the 11th is what I'm reading. I hope Coyote is going to be able to join us this time. We have almost a month, so hopefully his Spyder will be out of PMS by then.

:2thumbs: I like the Pine Forrest meeting as it is closer to "getting out of town" for the group. The 11th @ 10 AM is good for me. I hope to be there.

Trying to make this memorable as we can. That sounds great - Went to SpyderRyder on the BRP website and posted the ryde on the evernts calander. To include our Alabama ryders and all of us along the Coast I renamed the Spyder Club as Gulf Coast SpyderRyders. Hopefully we will get more members. More people can mean more ideas for group activites.

Saturday April 18th there is a poker run at H & D Cycles for the Wounded Warriors. Might not be able to get a bunch of ryders but a few may want to attend - another good cause.
