F3S front shock relocation brackets

So, been reading the info on shocks and what, why and how they work.
Who sells the shock relocation brackets and is there any downside to
using them on a 2015 F3S? I assume that there is a noticeable upside.

Weren't the 'front shock relocation brackets' only needed for the pre-2013 Spyders?? I thought that everything that came out from 2013 on (including all the F3's) already had that particular suspension improvement built in??

You are correct. The relocators were only made for the 2008-2012 Spyder. The 2013+ have been re-engineered and come with the same shock geometry as was created by the shock relocators for the earlier models.

Since it ain't broke, there is no fix for this.

:agree:This is a good reason to specify your year and model. Just like the preload adjusters are for the newer models that no longer have them...:thumbup:

Yes, re-locators were made for the PRE 13 Frame " COMMERCIALLY " ..... However this DIY'er made a bracket to fit the 2013 & up Frames that increased the shock angle 16 degree's ........ this has firmed up the shock without making it Harsh because the usable Spring has remained at the OEM length........................Mike :thumbup:
