The Hindle would make the bike complete.

Actually, they're all stock accessories on the Phantom. It's not mine, it's of of the special editions (1 of 500 or so, LOL)

:congrats:

Mine (phantom limited ed.) just came in to the dealer today! Pickup early next week or when it decides to warm up here near the Canadian border, NY. (brrr)

I have ordered a Hindle, black radiator web, black billet license plate frame to start my accessorizing...feel like a little boy before Christmas!

Oh yeah?! Let me tell ya; if you're Spyder was 'sky blue pink', it wouldn't matter! That's right! You would still feel like a little boy before Christmas! Sometimes, I feel like a little girl before Christmas. :hun: :yikes: :dontknow:

Does it have the number plate like the premier edition?

I actually thought the phantom spyder came with the hindle.

It doesn't meet the noise laws (80db) for new vehicles.

BRP cannot sell it that way. The Hindle has no catalytic converter, so won't meet emissions requrements, and the noise level won't meet that standard, either. That's why it says "For Racing Use Only".

I was told that due to the baffle, the hindle should pass emissions tests in most states...

Any truth to this Scotty?

Maybe noise tests, but I would be very surprised at emissions tests. They took out the catalytic converter. A baffle has nothing to do with emissions.
