Alaska Leather has form fitted with and without gel padding. Also have the strap that goes under the seat for more permanent attachment. Many colors available. A large or Xlarge would fit the F3 great.

They have a website and shipping is not to bad either.

I would highly recommend Sheepskin Factory out of Denver. I have a full fitted 1" high quality on my Spyder. Had the same on previous Spyder and several motorcycles. Be sure to ask for a full fitted cover and not just the pad.
