That goat (or cow depending on your visual acuity) is in REAL trouble!

Exceeding the posted speed limit.
Not yielding the right of way to a pedestrian.
Run/Hit/and Run
Going against the flow of traffic.
Operating on the wrong side of the road.
Leaving the scene of the accident.
Road Rage.
And no visible license plate.
