It takes some pretty specific conditions as far as ground temperature and water content in the snow, to make that work properly... :firstplace:

That does work. When it is like that, the snow blower usually clogs up.

Could of used that trick back when I lived where it snows...:banghead: doesn't work with sand...:banghead:

Wish it worked here. Doesn't work with powder snow; can't even make a snowball.

Yep, have to agree with Bob. Conditions have to be just right. I can remember making huge snowballs this way as a kid. My dad cam home to a clean yard, except for the dozen or so snow boulders doting the landscape.
