The Internet, this forum, and CpnJam are a great combo

CpnJam and I used FaceTime to connect, look at my unopenable trunk and work through to a solution. SOMEONE on this forum has seen and resolved every issue, and it's nice to be able to get help.

This forum and it's members are better than any extended warranty.
