Found them! Behind the headlight housing. Have to take all the plastic off to get at them.

It's that white knob thingy.

You don't have to take any panels off. Just use a #4 phillips screwdriver in the front. Work good

Tried using #4 driver and couldn't find anything to adjust. If you know otherwise show a picture. My ST doesn't look like the service manual I have.

I had to remove both upper and lower panels and that means removing the mirrors.

Below are pics of the owners manual and my ST front

Yours is the same a mine.

It must be a #4 Philips screwdriver. Not a common size. Using the wrong size may damage the adjuster sprocket.

The screwdriver must be 8 inch long minimum.

The adjusters are accessed through the front vent.

There is a channel molded into the bottom of the headlight housing that will guide the screwdriver into a hole at the rear. You will feel the screwdriver mesh with the sprocket.

The same for the other side.

I think I see where the large Philips moves the same white knobs I got at from the rear. It's a reach. Thanks

If you really look close, you can see a white gear that the screw driver connects to.
