i was never a chocolate person, but for some strange reason when i became diabetic i now crave it. i absolutely love chocolate covered pretzels

I kind of agree... :thumbup:

But as a Type I Diabetic; I've got to be pretty careful with the stuff...
The high fat content slows down the absorption of it; so I can't start out with an aggressive shot of insulin to cover the caloric intake...

...But I've got to be ready for when it does hit; Look out! nojoke

When I was in Berlin there was a chocolatier with displays of famous buildings sculpted out of chocolate. They had the best truffles and I went back several times for the butter creme truffles. I sure wish I could find that flavor in the US!
