Does the Sena 10C support 128mb cards?

They only officially support up to 32GB cards. I've seen some feedback that people have gotten 64GB cards to work for recording (but they cause firmware updates to fail.)

I haven't seen anything anywhere about 128GB cards working. At this point, I'd rather buy a few 32GB cards as they're so cheap. I just picked up a couple of SanDisk cards from Amazon for about $9 each. They work fine.

how long does 32GB last?

Because of the way the cards are formatted, no individual file will be much more than 4GB. The camera will automatically create new files as the video size increases.

At 1920x1080 at 30fps a 4GB file is about 30 - 45 minutes. Due to overhead you'll probably get about 7 files on the card. The battery usually gives out at about the 2 hour mark; it leaves enough power for the headset functions to continue to work.

Supposedly if you have the camera attached to external power it will run over 2 hours but I haven't tried that yet.

At end of day I delete unwanted video footage from my micro sd card on laptop to create new space? Do I need to do this or will old footage be automatically over written when sd card is full?

Old footage will not automatically be overwritten. When it's full, it's full.
