2012 Limited Rt---Rear Shock busted @ 22,000 miles

I need to replace my rear shock, I need a part number and what name brand to purchase, and also where to get it at....Took it back to the dealership yesterday and all of the fluid had leaked out....Last week it was something to do with the air ride and I never noticed it riding like a Hobby horse until leaving the shop.....
