amazing, it might not be in our time, but i do believe with stem cell research thing will get much better with injuries like that

Right now that type of research is hit and miss. There was a study, in the last year, (and it still may be ongoing) where olfactory (think nose) ensheathing cells transplanted to the spinal cord showed success. These are not the same as human embryonic stem cells, which are controversial.

I do hope they make strides in this research. But, in this initial trial, I can see something they (the researchers) are lacking. Maybe as they progress, they'll think more about it.
