I'm sure the award has a lot to do with sales volume. But they deserve it for customer service as well. I've never been to pitbull, but I have dealt with them on the phone on a few occasions. Each time, I have been impressed with their level of customer service. As busy as those folks must be, they make every customer feel important. :thumbup:
