Head stitches to follow shortly---not exactly CCW category ---but firing it a few times would be fun.

I am guessing that will become popular in Alaska. One will have good "trail presence" when accompanied by that firearm.

I can see all the reality show hero's packing that gun.

Tell the truth, John... :D
You'd watch her fire a popgun; if it was in that bikini, AND in slow motion! :roflblack:

I don't care for the .500 S&W at all... The size of the cylinder dictates that the grip is VERY low, in relation to the centerline of the bore. As a result; they climb like CRAZEEE under recoil! :yikes:

It all depends upon your perspective...
I've got a Ruger Super Redhawk in .44 MAG, and it's a nice, light FUN gun!

...Compared to my Handcannon...

An SSK Industries conversion of a T/C Contender to the .375 JDJ...
That round is about two and a half times the muzzle energy of the Big .44, and a decent improvement over the .500 S&W as well.

An SSK Industries conversion of a T/C Contender to the .376 JDJ...
That round is about two and a half times the muzzle energy of the Big .44, and a decent improvement over the .500 S&W as well.

http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=116300&stc=1I looked at your post and said, "where'd he get a .376 jdj?" then I figured it had to be a typo, when I saw the bullet diagram! love those contenders. got quite a few of them myself, but no cannons bigger than a 45-70!

Thor's Hammer...

they're big too...

I went with the .375 because we've got some pretty open terrain. I wanted some higher velocities to help bridge the distances. nojoke
