Welcome to SpyderLovers Allmag. http://smileys.on-my-web.com/repository/Nature/flower-002.gif On my SM5, I average about 30. I'm not sure if the SE5 would be the same or not but it can't be off by more than a few MPG. I think that all the reports of Spyder MPG would average out to 30 - 35 MPG.

Having a Spyder is like owning a boat. If you have to worry about how much gas it drinks, maybe you shouldn't be considering one. IMHO

27 to 36, depending on how I'm behaving.

I'm only averaging about 21-25(SE5) in city driving and not driving it hard. Hopefully this will improve. Have only 900 miles.

I was getting around 26mpg for some time...

I think as the bike breaks in, the mileage gets better...I am now seeing about 30mpg, depending on riding style.

It's harder to determine now as it's too cold to ride...I do turn the bike on for about 10-15 minutes each week just to keep the juices flowing...also, I use a battery tender so that it'll start...
