 Sadly... the answer is "YES"! :gaah:

And the rest of us who try to "do it right", get painted with the same broad brush; for their foolishness! :banghead:

Wow! It's scary to think that there're such dumb people in possession of firearms :gaah:

Step away from the firearm
Step 500 miles away slowly

 They are also breeding...
I wonder which activity holds the most potential damage for us?
The breeding, or the gunplay?? :yikes:

:agree: Sometimes their stupidity helps to weed out bad DNA.

I was thinking that some of the folks in the video, and their kindred spirits, might be future Darwin Award recipients. However, a review of the criteria for the award reveals that:

Darwin Awards are unlikely to be awarded to individuals who shoot themselves in the head while demonstrating that a gun is unloaded. This occurs too often and is classed as an accident. In contrast, candidates shooting themselves in the head to demonstrate that a gun is loaded may be eligible for a Darwin Award—such as the man who shot himself in the head with a “spy pen” weapon to show his friend that it was real.

The short answer is Yes. :yikes:

Wasn't there a winner one year that earned his "wings", by feeding laxatives to an elephant? (He was a zookeeper)
When the elephant finally let go; this guy was standing in the line of fire, and he ended up being smothered by a fact of Life: elephants take massive :cus:... you don't give them any extra incentive!

With 43 years combined experience in law enforcement, when it comes to guns and people, there is no upper limit to their stupidity level.

I had a Winchester Wrangler lever action rifle. My wife wanted to shoot it. It fired 32 Winchester Specials. The rifle only held four rounds. As my wife was getting ready to shoot, I noticed it was not snug against her shoulder. Did I say anything? Absolutely not. I didn't want her swinging around and pointing the rifle at me. She learned. She also learned the difference between a 38 Special and a 357 Magnum.
