great device for building dwellers. Jump out my window would be 2 feet...:roflblack: I did live in many apt's that were much taller and had they had that then would have gotten one...:thumbup:

@ $749 the only thing i like is they have you install the anchor at the window before hand, otherwise just use a knotted rope for
quite a few hundred less

You might not be able to use the one that was originally planned for this purpose. :yikes:
