Been laid up...bed rest for the last month or so...so yesterday I am feelin better and decide to go for a ride, nothing too long, 60 miles or so. Well today I can hardly move. My stomach muscles are killing me. Seems the Spyder gives you more of a work out than one would expect.

:congrats: on feeling well-enough to give it a try!
My prescription for your aches and pains?
Four sets of brisk 75 mile runs each day; in the mountains and twisties...
Now: see if you can get your health insurance carrier to pay for THAT! :D

It all depends on how deconditioned you are.
Good luck on your recovery.

Yeah, and then have an ice cream when you're done.

You wouldn't think a fun ride would be a work out but it kinda is. Still fun tho
