I am thinking of installing the Kuryakyn Iso Grips o my 2008 RTS Spyder. My question to those that have installed them is this. Do you get the same amount of heat through the new grips as you would with the standard heated grips that come with the Spyder?

I still get some heat, just not as much. They also take a lot longer to heat up.

FYI, I got these foam grips from Tricled, and they heat up just fine. They also stay nice and cool in the summer heat.

Unless you're adamanat about the Kuryakyn grips, check these out.

Thank you for your replies. I think I will try the foam grips first and see if they help my hands. I find the stock ones are too small. I am looking to have a bigger diameter so they are more comfortable when riding on longer trips.
