Need help please

N and R alternately flashing and E appears instead of the gear I'm in..then orange check engine ...stopped shut off and restarted...
everything normal all the way home??
Any thoughts?

It could be that your gear sensor is loose. Mine came loose and the Spyder just stayed in reverse until I had it towed in. They told me it was installed incorrectly at the manufacturer. I was talking with someone this weekend and he had the same thing happen to him.
