We're in Lakewood. Horse farms all around with empty country roads. Anyone interested for Sunday? It has the advantage of being close, Sunday is going to be another scorcher.

We met at about 9:30 - 10:00. After farten' around for a while we headed through Wayne and Pompton Lakes into Ringwood then up to Greenwood Lake. Stopped at Emerald Point but they weren't open yet. So we decided to continue around the lake and back to Rt 23 then down to Grasshopper for lunch. Couple of people had to bail out then so the rest of us continued further North on 23. Frelancr knew some really great back roads and we stopped at a small pond to watch the Blue Heron's cruise around; pictures in one of stormy's post. Then we continued South on 23 and various people pealed off as they needed to. I got home around 4:30

Wish I could have joined. How long did you all ride for?

Like Roger said it was a 930-430 day.Plenty for a 90 degree Summer day :thumbup: I hope to do more rides :yes:

It was a terrific ride with a great group of people, led by Stormtrooper. Would do it again soon, that is for sure...

maybe we should start a generic Rydes thread that we could subscribe to, that way we get an email notification when one is posted....
